Our expert Consultants can analyze and outline your event, evaluate the venue and provide security information based upon the size, location, type and specification of the event. Our consultants are well acquainted with all the major convention and meeting venues and our Associate Consultants have over 30 combined years of experience managing and consulting shows.
Our Project Managers are professionally trained personnel that act as the personal liaison between our clients and Haynes Security Services. They are available to the client for contact any time of day or night. These individuals manage the event, so the client can focus on their attendees and exhibitors without the added stress of concentrating on security concerns. The Project Manager will go above and beyond your expectations, handling all logistical security matters amicably.
Our signature service is our private security network of professionals, which includes "Bound 2 Be Found Security & Investigations" as well as "World Wide Bodyguards and Investigative Services".
Electronic Security Solutions
Haynes Security Services also offers electronic security installations and monitoring solutions. This also includes fire alarm systems, Facial Recognition locking systems and other remote applications. We collaborate with several industry leaders to provide cutting edge technology.
Team Leaders are deployed as site supervisors. They oversee groups of officers in order to maintain organization, professionalism, and consistency in public relations. Team Leaders are responsible for officer's performance, breaks, shift turnovers and monitoring customer service situations. They are licensed and certified in security and advanced customer service training.
The security officers (D & G Licensed) that are contracted will be highly trained men and women who have been certified in various capacities including, but not limited to, customer service, report writing, cultural diversity awareness, communication, crowd management, CPR/First Aid, terrorist & bomb threat procedures, traffic control, badge/ID checking, fire & safety awareness, search procedures.
The Event Staff personnel are trained men and women that handle various duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to, Movie screening surveillance, badge checkers, ticket takers, runners, bag stuffing and additional customer service related jobs. They are diverse and will also observe and report suspicious activities.
